What are the symptoms of a heart attack?

  • A heart attack may be the first symptom of CAD, or it may be preceded by days to years of angina.
  • Commonest signals of a heart attack consists of pressure, squeezing or tightness in the chest that may move to the left or both arms.
  • The pain may become intense and be associated with other symptoms.
